[Milsurplus] Need ac power plug for RBL3 Wells Gardner

I have a twist-lock that measures 3/4 inch body diameter. Used on a cord.

I  wonder if anyone knows where to find a small two prong twistlock plug for the Wells Gardner RBL3?
This one is working pretty good now and very clean with a cheater cord.
I thought it was going to be the same plug as my National RAO7.
But no,it's smaller.Looks more like a 3/4 inch round   for the correct one.
My RAO7 cord is also a two prong twistlock,....but 1 inch diam.
Electrical supply house doesn't know where to find a suitable replacement.
