[Milsurplus] Cutting Aluminum

Someone has already mentioned using a carbide tipped wood cutting blade in
a table saw for aluminum. That certainly works but going a step further,
look for a "non-ferrous metal cutting" blade. These are for aluminum,
copper, brass, etc and I have a 60-tooth/10 inch one for my table saw. If
you put a little lubricating oil on the cut line before sawing, the
resulting cut surface is so smooth it is almost like a mirror, no burrs and
no filing necessary. I have also used it in my radial arm saw and of course
a sliding miter saw should work too.

Happy building!
