Unfortunately this myth will be repeated for years yet with its inclusion in the Northern Radio section 
of that 'shortwave radio receivers' compilation book. I wrote the author to correct that entry, but it
doesn't appear there will ever be another edition printed. And I can understand that, as it was a huge,
huge enterprise. 
I am thinking of making up my own 'Addendum' pages which could be slipped into the original.
