I'm especially tired of verminous pols on both
sides of the Washington sewer weaponizing
a plague to beat each other.  It's OK to not
know what to do sometimes- we're all
"feeling our way" and we will often turn
right when we should have turned left.
"Monday morning quarterbacking" is an
especially potent (and corrupt) weapon.
Prideful excuse-making and lashing-out
is the wrong defense against it.

We haven't had an actual Leader in
Washington for almost 40 years, and
we utterly destroyed him for doing
what we've allowed other pols to do
since our founding.  It was the birth
of universal Press/Academic prostitution.
Public confidence in our (mis)leadership
and our desire to understand Civics has
never recovered and now, sadly, will never.

Washington isn't a "swamp;"
it's a septic tank.
And everyone there
is what floats in one.
