[Milsurplus] Tom Herring Obit and CIA Memoirs book

My neighbor Tom Herring was a Navy radioman and afterwards a CIA radioman around the world for 35+ years.

He spent the last 10+ years writing his memoirs and getting them approved by his former employer.

I just heard of Tom's passing today:
