[Milsurplus] Extra items

I have 20 some "YANK" magazines from 1944-1945.  Is there anyone out 
there interested in same?  One issue is published "down under" meaning 
Aussie land.  Free for postage.

I have a box here that contains  the following:

1 Ea. Tube, Ballast, Type 3H-1-7, spare for Receiver, Transmitter 
BC-1335-A.  Has a date of Aug. 1950.  Anyone have a use for it or know 
the specifics?  FS or?
