Yes, both parts were used with the TBX.  They were both also made by CFM.

 

I would have said $45 plus shipping for the pair.  $20 and $15.

Cleaning out a drawer I found a NOS still in the paper wrapping antenna base with the number CFM-66023-A on the paper. I also have the seemingly matching ground spike with number CFM-66024. I believe this is a TBX antenna base. See here:
