[Milsurplus] TBX Antenna Base?

Hi friends,
Cleaning out a drawer I found a NOS still in the paper wrapping antenna base with the number CFM-66023-A on the paper. I also have the seemingly matching ground spike with number CFM-66024. I believe this is a TBX antenna base. See here:

I have no TBX. What is it worth? $50 plus shipping?
