[Milsurplus] AN/ARC-21 or 65

There are enumerable videos AN/ARC-8 (BC-348/ART-13) in operation out there, several of the ARC-94/RT-618 and I have a video up for my AN/ARC-38 transceiver at work, But most of us have never seen and even fewer saw a working ANARC-21 or 65 so if you are the owner of such radios you almost have an obligation to get it working, on the air and do a video of it for all of us.

The world wants to see!
