[Milsurplus] Exists already?

If this exists, it will be news to me.  But, since the ARRL's "Considerate Operators Freq. Guide" list freqs that have an specific use, or at least a suggestion of a specific use, how about establishing freqs from 160 to 30 meters that could be a calling and working freq primarily formil surp gear?  Some milsurp goes to 12MC on TX, a 30 meter spot would be nice.  Instead of waiting for contests, nets, or 3885 to be clear, a spot where anyone could come up on freq with a milsurp rig call CQ, and not have to explain to the black box, freq to 10 -10 accuracy, textbook quality CW note crowd, why the rig in use is not freaking perfect.  Maybe get them posted in that same ARRL list too.  Would be a great place to park your receiver while working on other stuff and wait too.
