Let's try to look at this realistically, not with imagination.
Can you suppose a lot of Wehrmacht or Japanese troops were lounging around in their slack hours, tuning around on their portable radios, for low powered, brief broadcasts from
aircraft ? If a surrender message was to be conveyed, why not with leaflets, or via a higher powered broadcast transmitter? The U.S. in the European theater DID have a mobile
broadcast unit, of 1000 watts power. In the Pacific, I think it was Saipan where a broadcast transmitter targeting Japan was built.
You also understand that it was a "crime against state security" to listen to any foreign broadcast, right ?
I'm sorry, but this idea is really silly.

>I think the Jan 1944 build date is the key to it. The MF sets were all made then. I think they were going to use them to fly over wherever and tell the people to give up, it's over sort of thing.
France was about to be invaded in Jan 1944. Making and using them in Jan. 1941 wouldn't have made much sense.
