[Milsurplus] AN/GRC-13 manual - need missing pages

I recently acquired NAVSHIPS 91235 for the AN/GRC-13.
It is missing two pages, 1-0 (photo) and 1-7/1-8
If you can scan and shoot me a copy I'd really appreciate it.
