[Milsurplus] MN-26H­ RDF

There were some recent posts about the MN-26 RDF. 
That reminded me, back when G&G was in business, as I recall they also offered the version with the  HF band 2.5 - 6 MHz.
That was attractive to me, -except- for the need for the tuning control unit. I don't recall they had the right tuning box for the set, which lack would be crippling. It would really be the last word in communications receivers anyway, as it has but one IF. 
( I wonder if this receiver would qualify for entry in Fred Osterman's compilation book on SW communications receivers ? ) Doing an internet search just now, I see zero entries for the MN-26HB receiver. Odd how little known it is.
