[Milsurplus] An odd tale of Chinese QC ?

I'm not sure there is an ethic to enforce when it comes to mainland QC, 
Hue.
I've simply shifted my "acceptance ethic" to expect "some machining 
required" for most of the mainland stuff.:-)
It saves fretting about it, and I get to do it right.  Win-win!
