[Milsurplus] AN/GRC-17 ?

I agree with the other two respondents that it is probably AN/GRR-17 which I dimly recall was to be a National receiver. I had and might still have some paper on it. Many years ago, I bought such manuals as were left in the National archives from the guy who had cleaned out the building during or after the liquidation. Included was something I think on AN/GRR-17. If anyone is interested, I still have about one Bankers Box full of it, including part of what might have been intended to be the start of a manual on AN/GRR-17. I don’t, however, recall it as being portable.

Anyone heard of a set with that nomenclature? A National product HF manpack? Early PLL frequency control?
