[Milsurplus] Need TV-2 tube tester part

Hue:

 

The 83 is mercury vapor tube with, according to the spec sheet, a 15 volt
drop.  It would seem rather than a resistor, it would make more sense to use
a 15 volt zener diode with  maybe a small resistor.  The effective plate
resistance is 50 ohms.

 

I also have a TV-7 tube tester and so far haven't needed a replacement tube
