[Milsurplus] [MRCG] "Last combat of a WW2 submarine"

When I was working in a Seattle WA surplus store, around 1978, we got in an SPR-4. I mean AN/SPR-4,
if you know the other. We hooked it up to a short antenna. It was totally clobbered by CBers – feedthru
in the wideband 30 MHz IF. I assumed or guessed that this was because the store was direct shot across
Puget Sound salt water from Bainbridge Island. Nice looking device, tho.
