[Milsurplus] SX-28 original selling prices ?

Same list has BC-348-Q and R for $165;  T-47-A/ART-13  $1313.92
I thought I read elsewhere that the BC-348 cost U.S. something like $300.
So the prices on this list must be based on other factors, like supply and demand?
Also BC-375-E for $756.  Good luck with that !
Undated but papers are all from 1945 – 1946.
