It looks like a BC-611 being held in the Marine's right hand almost
vertically, probably not listening but carrying it.

Item in question seen at 06:30 to 06:34; impossible for me to stop between
whole seconds count to get better view. Note, 

antenna comes off front of carrier, is certainly not BC-1000. I am
concluding BC-611; in other view, antenna looks not as long as 

MAB; looks like BC-611 slung at shoulder by its short strap?
