[Milsurplus] Unidentified Navy Transmitter part ?

Somebody recognize this panel remnant of a Navy transmitter ?

The panel is 1/4" aluminum 37" x 14" with beveled edges.
The controls top-to-bottom are:
2nd IPA Plate Current Side Band Channel (0-250 milliamperes) - part # M103 with C111
2nd IPA Tuning Side band Channel (scale 0-100 with adjustable detent)
1st IPA Plate Current Side Band Channel (0-100 milliamperes) - part # M3 with C33
1st IPA Tuning Side band Channel (scale 0-100 with adjustable detent)
(Left) Oscillator Plate Current Side Band Channel (0-50 milliamperes) - part # M1 with C31
(right) Buffer Plate Current Side Band Channel ((0-50 milliamperes) - part # M2 with C32
Switch Panel:
Green Pilot Lamp = Filament On part
Red Pilot Lamp = Plate On
High Power - Low Power switch
Filament Switch
Plate Switch
Filament Voltage Control
There is no name plate and no spot for one. "
