Something semi-related that I really like to find: logging charts with notations of frequencies and better yet, if a station 
identifier is listed with the frequency. If you see a frequency listed that's in a ham band, well, you know it took part in
the big show. 
I had an ARR-15 once that had penciled on the front, next to the channel switch, "BARB". As in, USNAS. I thought that
was pretty cool. Dammit, should have kept that radio.
