Something like the DA-43/U Dummy Load Wattmeter?  There is one on eBay, item # 164550793897.Jim

I wonder why people argue over the 10% of their differences and ignore the 90% they agree on?

Instead of a 50 ohm dummy load, has anybody built a dummy reactive load to test the tuning capabilities on their milsurp TX that has an output circuit that can adapt to just about anything?
