[Milsurplus] Analysis of RAK/RAL Power Supply CND-20131

_Addendum_:

The frequency shift test was at 7 Mc.  After some thought I ran it again 
at 7 Mc and 21 Mc with 120 ± 10 volts, in conformance with the manual.  
This is more than reasonable, as line voltage will never vary from 90 to 
130 volts.

Direct connection: 7 Mc. no shift   21 MC. approx 300 cycles shift.

With ballast tube:  7 and 21 Mc. no shift.

Conclusion: No change.  An occasional slight warble at 21 Mc. is I think 
acceptable.

AC line current:  Direct connection 0.44 Amp.  With ballast tube 1.78 Amps.
