Richard, as usual, very good work by test & analysis department. 
I think those results are worth printing and keeping with the manual. 
I would suggest you state the operating frequency when you noted the 200 Hz shift.
I recall a Youtube video of an RAL operating and you could hear a slight frequency 
jumping going on. 
Yes the B+ numbers you give are surprisingly high. I would be inclined to run it at
lower B+ and also maybe transistor regulate the osc. B+. 

I promised a local fellow to sell my RAL with ACPS but you know what, I have been
selling off a lot of other gear, and I'm thinking maybe I will have the physical and 
mental space to keep the RAL after all.
