This fellow is looking for someone to get his father’s ARB working again.
Sounds like he knows nothing technical, just would like to hear Dad’s radio
again. If you can help or know someone who can, please contact him
directly. He is located in Rockford IL.
I know nothing more.
Nick

My dad the radio and made a cabinet for it. My dad had something to do with
military surplus. The radio worked for years. I grew up with the radio, I
used an old tank antenna and it worked great. When I took it out of the
closet , after siting there for 7 years it did not work. Don't know what
the control boxes are. I do know it has a plug that you plug into 110 volts.
I remember my dad said some of the radios had explosives in them in
case they had to destroy the radio.

I would love to have it running again.

Thanks for your help !

Hi Bob - sorry for the late reply. I lost your mail.
The CRV-46151 is better known as model ARB, an aircraft receiver that runs
off 28vdc.
Let me know where you are located and I'll check with my military radio
buddies to see if someone can fix it.
Are you looking for a complete restoration or just to get it running?
1) Did it used to work and now doesn't?
2) Not sure if it ever worked?
3) Do you also have the control boxes, etc.?
A spec sheet is attached
