[Milsurplus] Unknown cover solved, BG-153

"Looks like a BG-153 to me.  The rain cover for the SCR-509, SCR-510, SCR-609 or SCR-610 (BC-620, BC-659).  
The large flap covers the radio controls and the small flap covers the antenna connector.  It does not need to
be removed to operate the radio. Anybody with a jeep and a SCR-610 would want it.
