[Milsurplus] T-195 transmitter question

The T-195 transmitter is spec'd to top out at 20Mc.

Will it go higher than that? If it does, will it go
to 15 Meters?

Looking at the frequency scheme, it looks like it
would have been feasible to make the transmitter
go to 24Mc, the PTO goes to 3Mc, and on band 4 the
multiplier is 8, but did they limit the range
somehow?

Just curious.
