First again thanks for all the replies and tips. I went to one the R390
sites and got a tip on how to reattach the slugs. I perform the surgery and
it working now on all bands.  As I was removing a coup of gangs a couple
slugs fell off and those repaired also. Now I need to do a good cleaning the
receiver is very dirty. I'd like figure out how to remark the face plate as
there is lot of lettering is missing. But the important part is it working
really well now.
