[Milsurplus] R390

Wow thanks for all the replies J! So far from what the replies I've gotten
its  seems I have an "R390A" I do have the RF trimer above the data plate.
Since I'm getting background noise I think my power supply is working but I
could have a filter cap bad.  However I did look at the tuning rack and I
think I discover the problem the front section of the slugs from left to
right are broken, the slugs are in the coils.  So my next question is how do
I remove them and fix them?  I'm sure someone here has done that so I'm open
to at least giving it a try.
