[Milsurplus] Connector Assembly/Disassembly Spanner

Hello Group,

Where does one find a tool for removing/reinstalling the ring on this type
of connector?  Fair Radio had some kits of various sizes but they've been
sold out for some time.

Anyone have luck fabricating something using steel pipe and hand tools?
