If you wanted "real resetability", you put a BC-221 or such next to the 2-dialer.
For dial accuracy, how much accuracy is enuff ? You use the BC-221 or the signal to set the
receiver, then you never turn the receiver off, and you have attendants standing by at all
times to adjust if necessary. 
For accuracy ( resolution ), I haven't found the HRO look - up tables all that wonderful.
