[Milsurplus] ADF today

>From a station listing in a 1960s RDF manual, I saw that the Yaquina Head lighthouse site, about 2 miles from here,
once had a "high power" LF beacon. ( I don't know the actual power level. ) This was long before I moved out here.
But I would really have liked to have been around to see its decommissioning. I imagine it most likely mostly went 
into the scrap metal dumpster.
