[Milsurplus] BOMAR wakes up...

Hi

The FT-243 and HC-11 have a similar pin spacing and pin size. Because of how the 
243 is made, the crystal parameters will be very different between the two crystals. 
That’s not the fault of the crystal manufacturer. The two packages are very different 
internally.
