Thanks guys for your comments.  I  think that it's difficult to make exact IDs on xmtrs and rcvrs in this particular photo.  Jeff, I suspected right away that the spot where the tech Sargent is sitting is a mount for the BC-1306.  Paul, your ID of the RM-29 caused me to google it and EE-8.  Now I am better informed about field phones and remotes for same.
