The MOSFETs are speced for many amps.  Our B+ supplies can't source 
enough current to blow them that way.  But it's a good point.  Once the 
MOSFET is turned on, the concern is whether the B+ transformer and 
rectifier are good with 50 mFd.  If they're designed for, say, 8 mFd cap 
input with choke and 8 mFd out, nailing 50 mFd across the buss is 
probably not a good idea.  A much lower value will likely work fine.
