I agree with Richard.

Yes.  $400.00 is about what they are worth these days. 

The frequency range is very limited: 175 Kc to 600 Kc. Hardly useful even on 630 meters.

And it uses an 803 as the VFO tube!

Output is 500 watts from an ancient 861.

I actually tallked with the guy some years ago when he wanted something like $17,000.00 
for one. I explained all of the above to him.  He has no sense. He wouldn't even listen to me, 
so I simply didn't bother any longer.
