Your are absolutely correct, Young Timothy. Thanks for reminding me. I have all my TX Xtals from Expanded Spectrum Systems. They came in today....5 Xtals for under $20! That takes the bite out of getting this radio on the air. Now, all I need to do is get real smart on the programmable IC oscillators!

Hi Rich - Be aware that if you want to receive 6.000 mc the receiver crystal must be 6.455 mc.   That being the receive freq + the IF frequency, 455 kc..
