[Milsurplus] Chinese Type 63

I have no doubt in China, *Chinese* can find massive numbers of surplused radios. One friend here sent me some photos showing an alley with a score or more of crated 222 receivers -
"China's AR-88"  - with the crates in various states, still sealed, some broken open, etc - like "who cares about this junk". 

If you remember back a few years, there was the occasional seller from the mainland offering Chinese radios, not just 'Red Star Radio' in Canada. You don't see that now.
I think the fellow in China I bought from had his hand pretty well on the pulse. In addition to the ( maybe unofficial ? ) ban on export of such material, he said there seemed to be certain
books about WWII no longer allowed to be imported - this category seemed to be books about WWII from the German experience or that could somehow be interpreted as pro-WWII 
Germany. 
I may try to find my emails from this fellow.
