[Milsurplus] Chinese Type 63

I'm sorry, I cannot get photos for some time yet. I will eventually get photos and post them. I should probably sell my set. I am now continuously deleting projects.
On the other hand, I am extremely curious to see the schematic, but...this would be a massive amount of work, to trace it out.
I recall seeing somewhere, years ago, one with the battery box sold. I think I passed one up. I also seem to remember that was before the internet starting going.
Now that the New Cold War is on ( check the number of Chinese spies arrested in the U.S. in the last couple years ), we will have to wait, apparently, for the collapse
of Communism there, before any further releases of Chinese ex-military electronics is allowed. I'm thinking however, that with the Chinese disdain for used or
obsolete things (as compared to genuine antiquities ), not much might be left by then.

Hello Hue,
Could you send some photos of the Type 63? I have never seen one in person outside of a museum a long time ago.
If anyone out there has a Chinese Type 63 or Type 883 (please, not type 884) to sell I would be very interested.

Rich, I hope you will report here on how to battery box project goes and turns out.
I have a China No. 63 set that's about the same size and also needs a batt box.
thanks-
