[Milsurplus] most Dangerous Transmitters

My T-368C didn't come with its shock mount and outriggers and whatnot. It has serviceable casters mounted onto lumber bolted to the bottom, but it would be nice to have larger wheels on outriggers. Unless I trip over an original mount sometime, I should probably fabricate a more stable mount.
