[Milsurplus] GRC-9 dial light - better yet

I was slightly bothered that the light point source is higher off the bulb socket than with the original intact bulb,
so in other words, the projection against the dial was less than ideal. But I found I could bend my lamp
adaptation to focus the light directly behind the frequency scale exactly where I wanted it.
