[Milsurplus] RBM-5 screws, washers

Somewhere, somehow, I misplaced the black screws & washers for securing the cover to the chassis.  Does anyone know where I can obtain correct-looking replacements?  I think they're 5-40 pitch & 1/8 or 3/16 depth.
