Amazing!  I had the exact opposite, for radio frequency interference, a 
simple, and inexpensive analysis, classification, and archiving of 
emissions produced by consumer devices in real time without a 
multi-kilobuck pile of equipment, but about $20 of additional investment 
to add to something everyone already has... Little interest from anyone 
in general, found a year, or more later, the ARRL stripped it from a 
forum I was on, and published it in their technical section on their 
webpage, without asking or informing me.  The justification?  You posted 
it, we found it.

didn't interest them it didn't get published.)"

So, sometime between right now, and a few decades ago...?
