Myself, for one. 

It IS rather rare for those to go bad, but at this late date, some are beginning to fail.

I have an RCH/SLR-F receiver in which one or more has failed.

Also, an RAK in which those are failing.

Personally, I would not "shot-gun" replace them, but would wait for one to fail, or would test 
them all while restoring a radio.
