[Milsurplus] an/vrc86 manual needed

I am looking for a manual for the vrc86. radio. it is a ground adaptation of the arc199 hf radio which looks to be a commercial adaptation of a king hf aviation radio possibly the khf950 vintage 1990s

the manual number is tm 11-5820-927-13&p

I recently picked up the his set at a military vehicle show and it does work  i was able to find online the arc199 manual
