[Milsurplus] Decent quality parts?

I find, as I'm sure many of you do, that the quality of parts is not what it used to be. Even "name brand" parts like H.H. Smith, Millen, Switchcraft, etc... who have sold the company name, or are outsourcing production overseas.
So the question is... where do you folks buy your parts?

PS: I buy milsurplus when I can, and have considered some of the Russian milsurplus coming out of Eastern Europe.
