After exercising the bandswitch knob a bit,  I'm not having to turn the knob a bit CCW to receive signals;  also, the signal does not disappear but is steady.   I'm going to monitor this situation for a while a see what happens.

Currently listening to "The Savage Nation" on WHP 580 out of Harrisburg PA.
