[Milsurplus] Do you know these RCA ship radio paper forms ?

So here are two more forms I want to learn more about. What is the RCA Press Message form ? If the ship radio operator was taking down the day's news by radio, from a Press Wireless station
probably, the operator could use most any sheet of paper, right? Or was this somehow part of RCA publicity ? Use RCA branded paper forms ? Or was this form, from around 1936 I think, still when
the shipowner leased the ship's radio equipment from RCA, didn't own it, so it was an "RCA shop" ? I trimmed the scanned form - original is 8.25 x 14 inches.

Second form, bearing form date 9-1928, is this a request for radio equipment servicing, from the time when RCA still owned the equipment and leased it to the shipowner ?
thanks- Hue
