[Milsurplus] Collins 554-4671-002

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

A friend of mine saw this and wanted to know what it might be.
 From his description it sounds like an airborne UHF radio control head.
He does not have a picture but estimates to size to be 4x5x5" with a 
circular connector on the rear.
It has a mechanical digital frequency readout and possibly a volume and 
squelch control.


Any ideas?
