[Milsurplus] SAQ on the air June 30th

SAQrx works very well, and "you" have a chance of receiving SAQ in
America, at least on the East Coast.  I use it with an E-Field Probe
antenna, and usually hear the Christmas Eve broadcast, and sometimes in
the Summer due to higher QRN levels.  You can make an E-Field Probe or
buy a kit for very little, or buy one from Russia or the Ukraine for
little more.  For comparison, a 120 foot wire works very well at MF (say
500 Kc) but becomes more quiet as frequency goes lower, and is silent at
17 Kc.  However, the Probe soldiers on and works very well at 17 Kc.
It's also a usable auxiliary receiving antenna through 30 Mc.
